Thanks, eww, for the encouragement - it's nice to know there's at least one fellow traveler out there. Just double-click a mailbox file inside that folder, and see whether Eudora Mac opens. If there is something on the PC called "Mail Folder" that seems to belong to Eudora, copy it to the Mac and see whether Eudora can open the files in it. I don't know anything about Eudora for Windoze, but if it keeps its mailbox files the same way Eudora for the Mac does, they're plain text files, and Eudora for the Mac may be able to read and use them directly if you just copy them over. I've never called on Qualcomm for any form of support whatsoever, and I wouldn't expect to even if they were still providing it. I've used Eudora since 1995, and the idea of throwing it out just because Qualcomm couldn't make money on it (while competing against a dozen other email apps that were given away free) has never occurred to me.
